Roll of Meat and Vegetables

Information:

Ingredients:
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 grams of grated cheese (preferably spicy)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g of fine semolina
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 4 slices of smoked cheese
  • 4 slices of 150 grams of veal very thin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 zucchini mediegrandi
  • 2 carrots mediegrandi
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1 glass of lager
  • 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Water frizzantissima q.b.

Preparation:
A roll is delicious as a package with an unexpected surprise and a combination of tastes and emotions.

Beat lightly with a meat tenderizer basting each slice of veal with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Rub the garlic over them in the fridge and leave covered until we have prepared the stuffing.

Cut brunoise 1 courgette, 1 carrot and celery, stir-fry for 4 minutes, sprinkle with a little beer and cook until the carrots are cooked as vegetables in question are the hardest.

Soak the skewers in the batter and fry in hot oil. Drain the oil on a cloth towel, sprinkle with smells to your liking, such as chives, oregano and pepper.
