Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of gelatine
- 20 cl of water
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom extract
- 250 g blueberries
Preparation:
Soften the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, then put it in a saucepan over low heat with two tablespoons of water and mix gently.
When the gelatin has dissolved put in the mixer with the ricotta, sugar, extract of orange blossom, vanilla and half of blueberries. Operate the mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the remaining blueberries, put the mixture into a mold and let harden in the fridge for at least five hours.
Soften the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, then put it in a saucepan over low heat with two tablespoons of water and mix gently.
