Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients:
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • rhubarb
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. In the bottom of a buttered pan and sprinkle with sugar, place the rhubarb stalks, cut into sticks regularly.
