Soften butter at room temperature and knead until a soft cream, then add the sugar, the flour sifted with two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and a bit 'of water is enough to get a good mix homogeneous.
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and stir into the mixture along with chocolate chips.
Fill a pastry pocket with the mixture then form many small discs on a greased baking tray above.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
Remove from oven and allow to cool the plate, then place the biscuits on a tray and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
