I have a French recipe for dish. The name is Parmentier Chalosse Beef Braised With Caramelized Shallots recipe. The name is too long, isn't it? But actually the recipe is easy to cook :D

Ingredients:
- 1kg of heel or scoter or chuck beef Chalosse
- 1 large bouquet garni
- 700gr mashed potatoes
- 8 shallots
- 50g butter
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 40 g breadcrumbs
Preparation:
- Put the meat in a pot with the bouquet garni, a handful of coarse salt and peppercorns 10. 2:30 Cook over medium heat, covered, skimming the surface regularly.
- Peel the shallots, slice them and let them melt 20g butter in 10 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar, let caramelize a few minutes over low heat.
- Drain meat, crumble it and mix it with the shallots.
- Divide the meat into a baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour remaining butter on it.
