Hey, I have a recipe from Italy that named Pappardelle with Sausage and Mushrooms. I think you must try to cook it at your kitchen ;)

Pappardelle with Sausage and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
  • butter
  • garlic
  • skinless sausages
  • mushrooms
  • flour
  • white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • broth

Preparation:
    Cut the sausage into small pieces and flour, do the same with the mushrooms, melt some butter in a saucepan and add in saltapasta a clove of garlic cut into three pieces (which will eliminate the first to flavor the pasta). rosolateci the sausage and when you put us colorful mushrooms, blended with the wine and season with salt and a little pepper. Cover the broth and cook (as the sauce dries stretch it slightly with more broth.) put a pot of water to boil then bake salty again and in which the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain and toss in the sauce stir in the Parmesan.
