Hi, I have a Pasta recipe from Italy. If you love Italian food and pasta, you must try this Gnocchi with a Ragout of Lamb and Beans recipe! ;)

Gnocchi With a Ragout of Lamb and Beans Recipe
Information:
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  • 350 grams of Sardinian gnocchi
  • 150 grams of minced lamb meat
  • 100 g shelled broad beans (also frozen)
  • 150 grams of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 / 2 cup red wine
  • salt and pepper q.b.
  • pecorino flakes (if any)

Preparation:
Boil beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and, as soon as possible, peel them.

In a nonstick skillet to brown the garlic in oil. Remove the garlic and add the lamb, when it is well browned add the red wine and let evaporate.

Continue to cook the lamb for about 30 minutes after adding the tomato sauce, 1 cup of water and chili pepper; season with salt and pepper. Combine the beans last previously peeled. Simmer another 10 minutes.

In the meantime you do cook the dumplings in boiling salted water. Drain when al dente and pour into the pan with the sauce of lamb.

Let cook for a few minutes and serve piping hot to the table with the possible addition of flakes of pecorino.
