There are so many recipes to cook chicken, but I suggest you to try this Chicken Curry recipe because it's easy to cook and have delicious taste.

Chicken Curry

Information:
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 25 Minutes
  • Total time: 40 Minutes

  • Number of persons: 4

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of chicken cut into slices the thickness of a finger.
  • 200 ml. of coconut milk.
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste.
  • 3 red peppers.
  • 20 ml. fish sauce.
  • 20 ml. vegetable oil.
  • An eggplant coarsely chopped (or some small Thai eggplants).
  • A few leaves of sweet basil

Preparation:
  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Mix in the curry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the fish sauce and chicken.
  4. Stir and brown the chicken.
  5. Add the coconut milk.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add the eggplant and peppers, stir well.
  8. Remove from heat and serve decorated with a few basil leaves.
Your chicken curry is ready, enjoy!
