Risotto with Radicchio

Information: 
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  • 40 grams of rice per person
  • 1 bunch radishes whole
  • oil
  • half a large onion
  • half a glass of red wine
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 knob of butter
  • parmesan
  • water
  • 1 nut

Preparation:
In a pan, top with a little oil, you fry the onion in the meantime cut the radicchio into small pieces and throw in the onion until it died completely.

When you see it completely softened add the rice you make toast with half a glass of red wine.

Separately prepare a little 'stock, which now pour into the rice to cover it up.

Cook for 15 minutes. When cooked, add the cream, a knob of butter and parmesan cheese to your liking.
