Tapas Beef Chalosse

Information:

Ingredients:
  • 200g chicken breasts Landes
  • 1 duck breast of Landes
  • 250 gr tab (or rumsteack) beef Chalosse
  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5 cl of olive oil
  • 2 carrots

Preparation:
  1. Cut the eggplant into thin slices and cook on a grill, basting with olive oil with a brush while cooking.
  2. Cut carrots into julienne strips, cook 2 minutes in a pan in two tablespoons of olive oil and season.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts of the Moors in pieces, brown them in a pan in two tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Add the honey, season, caramelize.
  5. Degrease and then cut the duck into pieces of the Landes, the brown 2 minutes in a pan, season.
  6. Trim tab Chalosse beef into pieces and fry 2 minutes, season.
  7. Wrap each piece of meat with a piece of grilled eggplant and some julienned carrots.
