Hi, I have one more French recipe to cook chicken. The name is Dry Chicken Curry recipe, and you can try this recipe at your kitchen ;)

Dry Chicken Curry

Information:
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 Minutes
  • Total time: 30 Minutes
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Number of persons: 4

Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken legs and a whole breast of chicken, chopped
  • ¼ cup yellow curry paste
  • 1 cup cream of coconut
  • ¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (preferably palm sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Leaves of sweet basil

Preparation:
  1. Place chicken in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Pour the coconut cream, bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer gently until chicken is almost tender.
  4. Remove the chicken but leave the coconut cream over a low heat. Stir from time to time
  5. Mix gently curry paste with cream of coconut over low heat until the liquid is reduced by half. Return chicken to the casserole.
  6. Add peanuts, fish sauce and sugar.
  7. Stir well until most liquid is absorbed. Place on serving dish and garnish with basil leaves.
