Hi, I have one more French recipe to cook chicken. The name is Dry Chicken Curry recipe, and you can try this recipe at your kitchen ;)

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken legs and a whole breast of chicken, chopped
- ¼ cup yellow curry paste
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- ¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (preferably palm sugar)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Leaves of sweet basil
Preparation:
- Place chicken in a pan on medium heat.
- Pour the coconut cream, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently until chicken is almost tender.
- Remove the chicken but leave the coconut cream over a low heat. Stir from time to time
- Mix gently curry paste with cream of coconut over low heat until the liquid is reduced by half. Return chicken to the casserole.
- Add peanuts, fish sauce and sugar.
- Stir well until most liquid is absorbed. Place on serving dish and garnish with basil leaves.
