Spaghetti With Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • 500g fresh tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • Salt and pepper
  • A few basil leaves

Preparation:
  1. Cook the pasta in a pot.
  2. Wash peppers and cut into small cubes, onions and tomatoes.
  3. In a skillet or wok, heat a little oil and fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, drain the pasta and keep them warm.
  5. Put the pasta on plates and add the vegetables.
  6. Chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them on the plates.
Your spaghetti with sauteed vegetables are ready, enjoy!
