Ingredients:
- 6 fresh salmon steaks
- 50 g butter
- Salt, pepper
- 3 tablespoons S. tomato paste
- 4 dl dry white wine
- 250 g cream
- 50 g grated Swiss cheese
- Dill
Preparation:
- The steaks should be 2 cm thick. Wash them, dry them in paper towels, salt and pepper them them on both sides. In a large frying pan, brown them in 50 g of butter.
- Remove the fish and put it in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, white wine, grated cheese and sour cream lightly beaten, pour this mixture over the salmon steaks, add a few sprigs of dill. Bake in hot oven 230 degrees (gas mark 7).
- Decorate the dish with some lemon slices. If you can not find dill, replace it with the stems of fennel bulb.
