Ingredients:
- 12 square Won-Ton
- 300 g shrimp
- 100 g pork into pieces
- 1 tsp tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 c. Coffee soy sauce
- 1 tsp coffee sugar
Preparation:
- Shell the shrimp.
- Chop shrimp, pork cuts, oil, soy sauce and sugar.
- Put a little filling on each square of wonton.
- Moisten the edges of the square and fold it in half while driving though the air. Then cut out the ravioli, so give it a rounded shape.
- Cook your dumplings steam for 10 minutes.
