I got a new healthy recipe from France today! The name is Steamed Dumplings recipe. It's so tasty and healthy. Let's make it at your kitchen! ;)

Steamed Dumplings

Information:
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 10 Minutes
  • Total time: 25 Minutes
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Number of persons: 4

Ingredients:
  • 12 square Won-Ton
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 100 g pork into pieces
  • 1 tsp tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 c. Coffee soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coffee sugar

Preparation:
  1. Shell the shrimp.
  2. Chop shrimp, pork cuts, oil, soy sauce and sugar.
  3. Put a little filling on each square of wonton.
  4. Moisten the edges of the square and fold it in half while driving though the air. Then cut out the ravioli, so give it a rounded shape.
  5. Cook your dumplings steam for 10 minutes.
Accompany your steamed dumplings in hot sauce.
