Mixed Vegetables

Information:

Ingredients:
  • From 20 to 30 g butter
  • 300 to 500 g of fresh or frozen peas
  • 200 to 250 g baby carrots
  • 3 or 4 turnips
  • 100 to 125 g of fresh or frozen green beans
  • 3 new potatoes
  • 2 glasses of water (25 cl)
  • 2 tablespoons of cream or 30 g - Butter
  • Chervil or parsley
  • 1 lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
To make your garden vegetables:
  1. Peel and wash all vegetables.
  2. Melt 30g butter in the casserole.
  3. Fill it with sliced ​​carrots, diced turnips, green beans, peas, lettuce and potatoes.
  4. Mix.
  5. Add 2 cups of water (25 cl), a bunch of parsley or chervil, salt and pepper. Close.
  6. Raise the pressure cooker over high heat;
  7. Once the valve whispers, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes over low heat.
  8. To serve, remove the herb bouquet.
  9. Then stir in the cream or a good piece of butter.
Your garden vegetables is ready!
